We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Biologics Production Specialist to join our team at a reputed pharmaceutical company in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biologics production and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and oversee the production process of biologics, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, manufacturing, and quality control, to ensure seamless production operations.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.




- Collaborate with the quality control team to develop and implement quality management systems, including testing and validation protocols.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff on new products, processes, and technologies.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a life sciences discipline, such as biology, biochemistry, or microbiology.
- Proven experience in biologics production, preferably in a pharmaceutical setting.
- Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and quality management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive process improvements.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
