Role Overview : We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Video Editor with expertise in editing high-converting short-form ads. The ideal candidate should be passionate about AI-powered content creation, motion graphics, and performance marketing, with the ability to produce engaging videos that drive user acquisition. Key Responsibilities : AI Video Tools: Hands-on experience with or willingness to use AI tools such as Runway, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, HeyGen, CapCut AI, Higgsfield, Google Flow, or similar tools for video creation and enhancements. Creative Editing: Ability to create innovative video formats, engaging motion graphics, UI/UX overlays, and visually compelling AI product demonstrations.



Performance Marketing: Proven experience editing high-converting short-form ads for Meta, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, with a focus on audience retention and low CAC. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with Promo Writers to transform scripts into engaging videos using effective pacing, motion graphics, sound design, and B-roll. Technical Expertise: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve, with strong knowledge of motion graphics, transitions, text animations, and sound editing. Edit videos in English and regional languages, ensuring linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, engaging storytelling, and platform-specific optimization for the target audience. Requirements: Any Bachelor’s degree. 2+ years of experience in Video Editing for performance marketing or digital advertising. Experience editing Meta Ads, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Knowledge of AI video generation tools and motion graphics. Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and visual effects. Solid communication skills in English and Hindi or any regional language (Read, Write & Speak). Must have a personal laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection for a Work From Home setup.
