- Arrange packing material and follow up on its availability.
- Prepare daily MIS reports on packing material usage and schedule send to vendors for material procurement.
- Manage packing material unloading and issue to the packing section and refinery plant.
- Conduct internal monthly physical verification of packing material and chemical stock.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely payment and statutory compliance.
- Ensure sufficient stock of packing material in the plant and submit timely MIS reports.
- Handle housekeeping maintenance of all store areas and attend training and meetings as required by the company.
- Complete shopping cart and G R N done of invoices for monthly packing and unloading contractors, and monitor material inward work during week offs and holidays.
- Control inventory levels and manage key performance indicators, ensuring minimum TAT and coordinating with vendors for timely communication.
- Submit timely MIS reports and manage/lead teams effectively.





Job Requirements

- Minimum 4 to 5 years of industrial experience in handling various stores activities, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Proven experience in one of SCM areas such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, Logistics, or Inventory Management.
- Solid knowledge of SAP and risk assessment & management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and convince others.
- Experience in vendor management and logistics management.
- Com/M degree with relevant experience.
