Roles and Responsibilities:

- Financial Reporting Analysis

- Budgeting Forecasting

- Cash Flow Management

- Client Advisory

- Internal Controls Process Improvement

- Prepare management reports and executive dashboards for clients.

- Perform trend analysis, ratio analysis, and financial performance reviews.

- Identify and explain unusual variances in financial statements.

- Conduct detailed analytical reviews of financial reports and general ledger accounts.

- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information before client delivery.

- Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.

- Perform Budget vs. Actual variance analysis.

- Provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.

- Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts.

- Monitor available cash and working capital.

- Recommend payment schedules and cash utilization strategies.

- Identify potential cash flow risks and recommend corrective actions.

- Work directly with US-based property management clients to discuss financial reports and business performance.

- Present financial insights and recommendations during review meetings.

- Build long-term relationships by delivering proactive financial support.

- Monitor and improve internal financial controls.

- Design and implement standardized accounting processes.

- Develop systems that reduce errors in data collection, reconciliations, and financial reporting.





- Drive continuous process improvement through automation and best practices.

- Mentor and support junior accounting staff.

Candidate Profile:

- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

- CA, CMA, CPA, ACCA, or MBA (Finance) is preferred.

- Minimum 5 8 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.

- Experience working with outsourced accounting or US-based clients is highly desirable.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
