Job Description: HR Recruiter (Financial Services)

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring for our Equity, Insurance, and Wealth Broking verticals. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent—from frontline sales/RMs to mid-level specialists.

Key Responsibilities

- Vertical Hiring: Source talent for Equity (Traders, RMs, Research), Wealth Broking (Wealth Managers, PMS Specialists), and Insurance (Agency/Bancassurance Managers, Corporate Sales).

- Sourcing & Mapping: Use LinkedIn, job portals (Naukri, etc.), referrals, and headhunting to build a strong pipeline from target competitors.

- End-to-End Recruitment: Screen candidates, align schedules with business heads,



negotiate salaries, issue offers, and manage onboarding to minimize drop-outs.

- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with Department Heads to understand hiring needs and maintain weekly hiring trackers (MIS).

Requirements

- 2+ years of core recruitment experience in Equity, Wealth, or Insurance sectors.

- Proven track record in high-volume sales hiring as well as niche financial roles.

- Solid domain knowledge of BFSI target companies, compensation structures, and candidate pools.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
