Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the organization's Learning & Development strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and design training interventions for corporate, sales, operations, and field teams.
- Create engaging training content, e-learning modules, SOPs, presentations, manuals, and learning materials.
- Manage onboarding, induction, leadership development, technical, behavioural, and compliance training programs.
- Administer and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS), including content upload, tracking, and reporting.
- Measure training effectiveness through KPIs, assessments, and ROI.
- Manage the annual training calendar, external training vendors, and L&D; budget.
- Partner with business stakeholders to drive employee capability, succession planning, and organizational development.

Preferred Candidate

- 8–12 years of experience in Learning & Development.
- Experience in Agribusiness, Agriculture, FMCG, Manufacturing, or similar industries preferred.
- Hands-on experience in training content creation, LMS administration, and instructional design.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to travel across field, farm, and branch locations.
