We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Site Contract Specialist to join our team at a reputed pharmaceutical company in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in contract management and site operations, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and negotiate contracts with clients and vendors to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective contract strategies.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.




- Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in contract management.
- Collaborate with legal and business development teams to resolve disputes and improve contract terms.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of contract management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
