About the Role

We are looking for a

Staff Engineer

with a strong product development mindset and hands-on expertise in

C# and/or Java stack

. This role focuses on building high-quality software, driving engineering excellence, and contributing to architectural decisions while mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills Qualifications

Preferred

- Design and develop scalable backend systems using C#/.NET or Java (Spring Boot)

- Contribute to system architecture and technical design discussions

- Write high-quality, maintainable, and testable code

- Participate in code reviews and enforce engineering best practices

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product features

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability

- Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD, cloud deployments, and automation

- Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering excellence

- 8 12 years of product engineering experience

- Strong hands-on expertise in C#/.NET Core and/or Java (Spring Boot, Microservices)

- Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and system design principles

- Experience working in product-based environments

- Experience building REST APIs and working with distributed systems

- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)





- Solid debugging and problem-solving skills

- Experience in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Experience in SaaS product development
