Job Overview:-

EOSGlobe (Eureka) is hiring Customer Service Representatives for multiple Back Office processes. The role primarily involves data entry, document verification, and supporting process-related operations.

Eligibility Criteria

- Male candidates only
- Undergraduates and Graduates from any stream can apply
- B.Com freshers are preferred
- Basic knowledge of Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, or Financial Management is preferred
- Freshers can apply

Language Requirements

Candidates should be comfortable communicating in:

- English
- Hindi
- Marathi

Shift Details

- Shift Timing: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM
- Rotational Week Off
- Part-Time opportunities are also available

Training

- 7 days of training will be provided
- Final joining will be subject to successful completion of certification

Salary Details

HDFC WC Process
Take Home Salary: Rs. 13,229 per month




Apprentice (No PF): Rs. 14,250 per month

Poonawalla LAP Process
Take Home Salary: Rs. 14,102 per month
Apprentice (No PF): Rs. 15,200 per month

Poonawalla BL Process
Take Home Salary: Rs. 11,436 per month
Apprentice (No PF): Rs. 13,000 per month

Poonawalla BL Undergraduates
Apprentice (No PF): Rs. 11,250 per month

Key Responsibilities:-

- Perform accurate data entry and maintain process records
- Verify customer documents and information
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy
- Follow defined process guidelines and quality standards
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and business information
- Complete assigned tasks within specified timelines
