We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production Associate to join our team at a reputed pharmaceutical company in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production operations and be able to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and oversee the production process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including quality control, procurement, and maintenance, to ensure smooth production operations.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high-quality products.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.




- Collaborate with the research and development team to implement new products and processes.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc) or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a production role within the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.
- Possess strong knowledge of production operations, quality control, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead by example.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data to inform decisions.
