Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Develop LLM applications, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and prompt engineering frameworks.
- Drive MLOps practices including CI/CD, model monitoring, and deployment automation.
- Architect and manage AI infrastructure on AWS.
- Lead technical decisions, mentor team members, and contribute to AI strategy.

Required Skills

- 6-8 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or ML Engineering.
- Robust Python programming and ML/DL expertise.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and GenAI applications.
- Experience with AWS (SageMaker, EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch).
- Proficiency in Docker, CI/CD, and MLOps tools (MLflow, W&B;, DVC).
- Familiarity with Hugging Face ecosystem and model deployment.

Preferred

- Master's/PhD in CS, AI, ML, Data Science, or related field.
- Experience with vector databases, distributed training, Terraform/CDK, and AI safety frameworks.
- Prior experience in product-based or startup environments.
