Role & responsibilities

Execute daily supply chain operations: purchase order follow-up, material tracking, and shortage resolution.

Participate in and support the daily supply chain review meeting, updating status and flagging execution issues.

Coordinate with suppliers on delivery schedules, expediting, and order confirmations.

Maintain accurate inventory records; track stock levels against plan and flag deviations.

Ensure timely material availability for production per the master schedule.

Raise and track purchase requisitions/POs in the SAP system

Coordinate with Quality and Stores for incoming material inspection and discrepancy resolution.

Support supplier performance tracking (on-time delivery, quality rejections) and escalate risk.

Maintain and update supply chain trackers, dashboards,



and reports for management review.

Assist in resolving day-to-day execution bottlenecks between procurement, stores, and production.

Preferred candidate profile

5+ years of experience in supply chain execution, preferably in components/manufacturing environment.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP) for PO and inventory management.

Strong follow-up and coordination skills across suppliers, stores, and production.

Working knowledge of inventory management and basic MRP concepts.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, daily-execution setting.

Good communication and reporting skills.
