Role & responsibilities :
- Perform final inspection of valves before dispatch as per drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Verify dimensions, visual quality, markings, painting, and packaging.
- Review hydrostatic, pneumatic, and seat leakage test reports.
- Ensure material traceability and compliance with quality standards.
- Identify and report non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Customer Inspectors during inspections.
Preferred candidate profile
- Knowledge of industrial valves (Gate, Globe, Check, Ball, Butterfly Valves).
- Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with API, ASME, and ISO standards.
- Experience in using measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Pressure Gauges. documentation, and problem-solving skills
