Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join our growing Business Applications team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, designing functional solutions, conducting workshops, configuring the application, and supporting successful implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

The role requires strong ERP functional expertise, client-facing skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective Business Central solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct business process analysis, requirement gathering, and fit-gap assessments.
- Lead customer workshops and discovery sessions to understand business needs. Configure Dynamics 365 Business Central modules such as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse, Manufacturing, and Projects.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), BRDs, process flows, and solution documentation.
- Collaborate with technical consultants for customizations, integrations, and extensions.




- Support data migration activities, UAT execution, and end-user training.
- Participate in solution demonstrations, CRP sessions, and deployment activities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices.
- Assist in issue resolution, application support, and stabilization activities post go-live.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills Experience

- 4-8 years of experience in ERP consulting with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV.
- Robust functional knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, or Manufacturing processes.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and business process mapping.
- Ability to prepare functional documentation and user stories.
- Understanding of Business Central implementation methodologies and project lifecycles.
- Experience with data migration, testing, and end-user training.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in project teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Certifications.
- Experience working with international clients and multi-country implementations.
- Knowledge of Power Platform, Power BI, and Microsoft ecosystem solutions.
- Understanding of standard accounting principles and business operations.
