We re hiring a Quant Dealer, a sharp, calm under pressure dealer with a quant edge to run high frequency / algorithmic execution for institutional clients and keep improving the execution engine.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute client flow using HFT / algo execution (low-latency, real-time decisioning).

- Own execution quality: slippage, fill-rates, impact, spread capture.

- Work with quants/devs (and code yourself where needed) to build + tune algos (VWAP/TWAP/adaptive).

- Interface with institutional clients: clear updates, market color, execution plans.

- Thrive in fast markets, quick decisions, clean processes, zero panic.

What we looking for:

- Strong dealing + execution instincts; comfort with high speed markets.

- Great communication (client-facing, crisp, professional).

- Quick maths + logic (bps, spreads, impact, PnL intuition).

- Coding familiarity (Python/C++ preferred) + appetite to improve algos.

- Microstructure awareness: order book, liquidity, volatility regimes.
