- Experience Required:
- 5+ years.

- B.Com / MBA (Finance).

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable & Receivable processes.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally or similar).
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting).
- Communication & Personality Traits:
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in coordinating with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
- Proactive, accountable, and deadline-driven.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Team player with a professional and positive attitude.

Job Key Responsibilities:

- Accounts Payable (AP): -Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes including invoice verification, booking, and timely vendor payments.




- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement and internal stakeholders for invoice approvals.
- Maintain accurate AP aging reports and MIS.
- Accounts Receivable (AR):
- Handle customer invoicing, collections, and follow-ups.
- Monitor receivables aging and ensure timely recovery of dues.
- Perform customer ledger reconciliation and resolve billing issues.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for collection efficiency.
- Prepare AR reports and cash flow forecasts.
- General Accounting & Reporting:
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
- Ensure adherence to company accounting policies and internal controls.
