Role & responsibilities :

India's first D2C focused ice cream sandwich brand. We are manufacturers of high quality, preservative free & pure veg ice creams in over 25 different flavours. In addition to ice cream sandwiches, we also have cups (125ml) & Tubs (500ml). We also have a sugar free and vegan line as well. We are looking for a results-driven Area Sales Manager to expand our market presence, strengthen our distribution network, and drive sustainable sales growth.

Job Summary

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding distribution & managing distributors. The role requires strong market execution, customer relationship management, and ensuring high product availability while maintaining cold-chain standards.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Increase primary and secondary sales across the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute territory-wise sales plans.
- Identify current business opportunities and expand market coverage.





Distributor Management

- Appoint and develop new distributors where required.
- Monitor distributor performance, ROI, stock levels, and service quality.
- Ensure timely order processing and collections.
- Conduct regular business reviews with distributors.

Reporting & Analysis

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze sales trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Track inventory movement and minimize stock-outs.
- Share competitor intelligence and market insights with management.

Other Points:- Bonus on achievement of sales targets- Prior experience in the ice cream industry is a must, preferably at a known brand. - Since the brand is a start up, he will have to go in the market himself to get sales. No team is under him at this stage. .
