` About the Role

We are seeking a motivated R&D; Executive / Scientist to work in the Enzyme Production Unit. The role focuses on design, expression, purification, and optimization of polymerases for molecular diagnostic applications, across both R&D; and production scales.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform enzyme design, expression, and R&D; optimization for Taq, RT, and other polymerases.
- Conduct fermentation at small and large scales, including bacterial culture and expression monitoring.
- Purify enzymes using FPLC, chromatography, and other workflows.
- Optimize Master Mix formulations for RT-PCR assays.
- Conduct stability and activity studies.
- Support scale-up from R&D; to production.
- Organize and manage participation in industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Operate centrifuges, FPLC systems, and fermenters.
- Maintain SOPs, batch records, and documentation.
- Ensure GLP and contamination control.
- Troubleshoot enzyme expression and purification issues.

Qualifications
- MSc / PhD in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology,



or related field.
- 2 5 years of experience in enzyme R&D; and protein purification.
- Hands-on experience with fermenters, FPLC, and centrifuges.
- Knowledge of GLP and lab documentation.
- Strong collaboration and organizational skills.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage campaigns and cross-functional initiatives.
