Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced General Manager DPR & Proposal with strong exposure to Government Projects, DPR preparation, proposal development, consulting, infrastructure, tourism, museums, smart city, or technology-led projects.

The candidate will be responsible for developing Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), concept notes, technical proposals, project feasibility documents, presentations, and other project documentation for government and institutional clients.

The role requires the ability to understand complex project requirements and convert them into well-structured, commercially viable, technically sound, and compelling project proposals.

We are looking for an experienced DPR Manager with solid exposure to Government Projects to lead DPR preparation, proposal writing, and project documentation. The role will support projects across museums, cultural & heritage infrastructure, smart tourism, edutainment, immersive technology, AV/AR/VR, and public infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), concept notes, technical proposals,



feasibility reports, and presentations for Government/PSU projects.
- Understand RFPs, project requirements, scope, BOQ, timelines, and develop structured project proposals.
- Coordinate with Design, Architecture, Technology, Project, Presales, and Business Development teams for technical inputs.
- Develop project concepts, implementation plans, costing, and execution methodologies.
- Conduct research on government projects, tourism, museums, technology, and infrastructure to strengthen proposals.
- Support management in Government stakeholder presentations and client discussions.

Candidate Profile

- 6-10 years of experience in DPR preparation, proposal development, consulting, infrastructure into Government projects.
- Strong experience in Government/PSU project documentation and proposal writing.
- Excellent technical writing, research, PowerPoint, Word, and presentation skills.
- Exposure to Smart City, Tourism, Museum, Cultural Infrastructure, Technology, or EPC projects will be preferred.
- Ability to convert technical/project information into clear and compelling proposals.
