We are hiring a Travel Sales & Revenue Specialist to help increase revenue from existing and new customer enquiries.

This is a sales role, not a customer support, ticketing, GDS, hotel reservation, visa, or back-office role.

You will focus on:

- Upselling premium helicopter tours and private experiences
- Cross-selling Iceland tours, transfers, and add-on services
- Increasing average booking value
- Following up with international customers by phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Converting enquiries into bookings
- Collecting genuine customer reviews after tours
- Maintaining daily sales and follow-up reports

What We Are Looking For

You should have experience selling international travel or tourism products such as:

- Tours and activities
- Excursions
- Cruises
- Luxury travel
- Destination packages
- Private travel experiences
- Premium holiday experiences

You must be confident speaking with international customers and able to explain, recommend, upsell, and close travel experiences professionally.

Work Requirements

This is a structured full-time remote role. The selected candidate must:

- Work from a professional co-working space




- Have reliable internet and backup internet
- Use a proper laptop/desktop and professional headset
- Be available on Discord during working hours
- Share screen/camera during working hours as required
- Follow fixed working hours, fixed break time, and daily reporting
- Complete 8 verified working hours per day
- Work with one fixed weekly day off, not Sunday

Salary

50,000 60,000 per month + performance incentives

Final salary depends on relevant tourism sales experience, communication skills, and proven ability to upsell and cross-sell.
