Location: Pune

Roles Offered:

1. Diploma Associate – Preparatory Shop
Focus: Plasma cutting, oxy-fuel cutting, CNC machine operations, and coordination with Stores, Fabrication, and Quality.

2. Diploma Associate – Machine Shop
Focus: HMC/VMC CNC machines, CNC Lathe operations, drawing interpretation, tooling, job setting, and precision measurement.

3. Diploma Associate – Plate Rolling Machine
Focus: Plate rolling machine operations.

4. Diploma Associate – Fitting
Focus: Fitting, drawing reading, measurement instruments, bearing assembly, power tools, grinding, gas cutting, welding, and general fabrication activities.

5. Diploma Associate – Welding
Focus: SMAW, FCAW, GTAW/SAW welding, positional welding, heavy fabrication/pressure vessel experience, WPS/PQR understanding, and welding quality & safety.

- Duration: 1 Year(Trainee)
- Stipend: 25,000/month

2. Diploma Backlog Candidates

- Qualification: Diploma – Mechanical with Backlogs
- Duration: Till Backlog Clearance
- Stipend: 20,000/month
- Benefits: Subsidized Food
