Role & responsibilities

* Execute M&A;, equity, and debt financing transactions from origination through closing.

* Develop and review complex financial models, including DCF, comparable company, precedent transaction, and LBO analyses.

* Prepare valuation analyses, financial forecasts, and transaction materials.

* Create high-quality client presentations, pitch books, investment memoranda, and board materials.

* Conduct industry, market, and company research to support strategic recommendations.

* Perform financial statement analysis and due diligence.

* Coordinate with clients, legal advisors, auditors, consultants, and internal teams throughout transaction execution.

* Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.

* Review and mentor Analysts, providing guidance on financial modeling, research, and presentation development.





* Assist senior bankers in business development activities and client relationship management.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation is preferred.

* 01 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction advisory, or a related financial services role.

* Robust understanding of corporate finance, valuation methodologies, and capital markets.

* Experience supporting M&A;, fundraising, or restructuring transactions.
