About the Role

We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic and responsible college students/freshers to join our Events & Activations team. As a Part-Time Event Executive, you will represent Orchids The International School at malls, exhibitions, residential communities and other promotional events, ensuring seamless execution while creating engaging experiences for children and parents.

Key Responsibilities

- Travel to assigned event venues as per the schedule.
- Ensure the complete event setup is ready before the event begins.
- Execute on-ground promotional and engagement activities.
- Conduct and manage fun activities for children, ensuring an enjoyable experience.
- Interact confidently with parents and introduce them to Orchids The International School,



its curriculum and key offerings.
- Generate interest and encourage parents to visit the nearest Orchids branch.
- Coordinate the movement, setup, dismantling and safe handling of event materials and equipment.
- Ensure branding elements and activity zones are maintained throughout the event.
- Work closely with the Events team to ensure smooth execution and achieve event objectives.
- Maintain professionalism and represent the Orchids brand positively at all times.

Eligibility

- College Students, Graduates or freshers.
- Excellent communication skills in English and at least one Indian language
- Comfortable interacting with children and parents.
- Energetic, outgoing and willing to work in a fast-paced event setting.
- Willing to travel within the city for events.
- Prior experience in events, promotions, customer engagement or marketing is an added advantage.
