- Develop and implement clinical engineering policies within a quality management system.
- Provide technical leadership and expertise in electromedical equipment repair, maintenance, and calibration.
- Train and support staff on various medical equipment systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of medical equipment into patient care.
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement of spare parts and consumables.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical engineering, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical physics, electronics, or a related field.
- Experience with quality management systems and OEM training is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
- A degree in Physics, Electronics, Medical Physics,



or a related subject is preferred; relevant engineering experience in the medical equipment field would also be considered.
- Experienced candidates should be familiar with a wide range of clinical technical specialties, including Anaesthetics, Quality Management Systems, Cardiology, Cardiac Surgery, Dialysis, Endoscopy, General Surgery, Infusion devices, Laboratories, Orthopaedics, Perfusion, and Medical Equipment IT systems.
- RCT registration is required.
- High level of IT literacy and the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels are essential.
- Extensive experience within a clinical engineering department is expected.
- Degree or equivalent in Medical physics, Physics, Electronic Engineering, Computing, or a related discipline.
