Roles and Responsibility

- Operate and maintain boilers to ensure efficient and protected production of steam or hot water.

- Conduct regular inspections and repairs to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance.

- Monitor boiler gauges, meters, and controls to ensure proper functioning.

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, inspecting, and replacing parts as needed.

- Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and improve efficiency.

- Implement safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

Job Requirements





- Proven experience as a Boiler Attendant or similar role with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

- Strong knowledge of boiler operations, maintenance, and safety procedures.

- Excellent technical skills and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.

- Familiarity with commercial motors and their applications is an asset.
