- Build and refine detailed financial models, including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) models and three-statement operating models.
- Conduct valuation analyses for investments, partnerships, and M&A; opportunities, and perform financial and operational due diligence on target companies.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, board materials, and investment memos, while analyzing industry trends, competitive positioning, and macroeconomic factors.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support the execution of strategic initiatives and contribute to strategic planning processes.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, ensuring accurate and insightful financial projections.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models, including scenario and sensitivity analyses, to inform business decisions.

Job Requirements

- Strong expertise in financial modeling, including DCF and three-statement operating models.
- Experience in valuation and transaction analysis, with a background in corporate development, investment banking, consulting, or strategic finance.
- Proven experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial concepts and principles.
- Demonstrated due diligence experience in deal or investment contexts,



with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to operate independently in a remote, high-performance workplace, with flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements.
- Background in corporate development, investment banking, consulting, or strategic finance.
- MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- Exposure to board-level reporting and executive communications.
