Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and drive people initiatives.

• Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition to ensure timely and quality hiring.

• Lead the Performance Management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and capability building.

• Identify training needs and support execution of learning & development programs.

• Oversee core HR Operations, including employee lifecycle management and policy implementation.

• Support employee engagement activities and drive a positive work culture.

• Maintain accurate employee data and workflows within the HRMS system.

• Provide HR analytics and reports to support decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.





• Address employee queries and support grievance resolution.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelors or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 4–7 years of experience in HR generalist/HRBP roles.

• Robust understanding of HR processes across TA, PMS, L&D;, and HR Operations.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

• Strong problem-solving ability and a people-first approach.

• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
