Role & responsibilities

Finance & Accounts

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Prepare and record journal entries, invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment entries.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate financial records.

Costing & Financial Analysis

- Prepare product costing and cost sheets.
- Monitor manufacturing costs and analyze cost variances.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business and management decisions.
- Assist in profitability analysis and cost optimization initiatives.
- Prepare financial forecasts and management reports.

Budgeting & Planning

- Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial plans.




- Monitor budget utilization and analyze budget variances.
- Support forecasting and financial planning activities.
- Provide financial insights to improve operational efficiency.

Taxation & Compliance

- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and government authorities.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and maintenance of compliance records.
- Support internal and external audits.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA (Finance) or M.Com will be an added advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
