We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production Associate to join our team at a reputed pharmaceutical company in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production operations and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and oversee the production process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality control, and research and development, to achieve production goals.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to positive manufacturing practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.




- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
- Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in production operations.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a production role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and guidelines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and lean manufacturing principles.
