Job Summary

We are seeking a Performance Marketing with 4-5 years of experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, analytical, and capable of delivering high-quality leads while maximizing campaign performance and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through performance marketing strategies.
- Monitor and improve campaign performance using ROAS, ROI, CPC, CPA, CTR, and conversion metrics.
- Implement tracking and analytics using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign performance.
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards using Google Looker Studio and Advanced Excel.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure productive ad spend.




- Work with SEO, content, and design teams to improve landing pages and user experience.
- Manage leads through CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Google Ads or Google Analytics certifications are an added advantage.
