Posi¢on Summary
The Sr. Execu¢ve IT will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organiza¢on's
en¢re IT infrastructure, network, cybersecurity framework, so¢ware systems, digital
transforma¢on ini¢a¢ves, IT assets, vendor management, and user support services. The
role ensures uninterrupted business opera¢ons through robust technology governance,
automa¢on, data security, and ecient IT service delivery across all business units.
Key Roles & Responsibili¢es
1. IT Infrastructure Management
¢
Ensure high availability and performance of ERP systems, servers, networks, CCTV,
internet connec¢vity, and IT infrastructure across all loca¢ons.
Monitor system up¢me and proac¢vely address poten¢al issues.
Coordinate preven¢ve maintenance and infrastructure upgrades.
Ensure minimal down¢me and uninterrupted business opera¢ons.

2. So¢ware Management & Cost Op¢miza¢on

Manage all business applica¢ons, so¢ware licenses, subscrip¢ons, and renewals.
Monitor so¢ware u¢liza¢on and op¢mize so¢ware-related costs.
Ensure ¢mely resolu¢on of so¢ware-related issues within agreed service levels.
Prepare periodic reports on so¢ware usage, expenses, and eciency.
3. Informa¢on Security & Compliance

Implement and monitor IT security policies, procedures, and controls.
Manage rewalls, an¢virus systems, endpoint protec¢on, and access controls.
Conduct periodic security audits and vulnerability assessments.
Ensure compliance with organiza¢onal and regulatory IT security requirements.
Prevent data breaches and unauthorized access incidents.

4. Data Backup & Disaster Recovery

Establish and monitor daily data backup processes.
Maintain Disaster Recovery (DR) plans and conduct periodic DR drills.
Ensure successful restora¢on tes¢ng and business con¢nuity readiness.

5. User Support & Helpdesk Management

Ensure ¢mely resolu¢on of hardware, so¢ware, network, and system-related issues.
Monitor SLA compliance and reduce recurring technical issues.

Lead implementa¢on of automa¢on tools and AI-based business solu¢ons.
Collaborate with departments to improve opera¢onal eciency through technology.

7. IT Asset Lifecycle Management

Manage procurement, alloca¢on, tracking, maintenance, and recovery of IT assets.
Maintain accurate asset inventory records.
Ensure proper onboarding and o¢oarding of assets for employees.
Coordinate asset audits and compliance checks.
8. IT Policies, SOPs & User Training

Develop, implement, and periodically update IT policies and SOPs.
Conduct user awareness programs on cybersecurity and IT best prac¢ces.
Ensure employee compliance with IT governance standards.
Maintain training records and policy acknowledgements.

Manage IT vendors, AMCs, service providers, and technology contracts.
Track so¢ware licenses, renewals, and vendor performance.
Prepare monthly MIS reports covering up¢me, incidents, costs, security, and project

Bachelor's Degree in Informa¢on Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or
related eld.
Relevant cer¢ca¢ons such as CCNA, MCSE, ITIL, Cybersecurity, Cloud, or ERP
cer¢ca¢ons will be preferred.
Experience
¢
4-5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Network Administra¢on, Cybersecurity,
ERP Support, and IT Opera¢ons.
