1. Qualification B. Tech /Diploma MechanicalRole & responsibilities :

- Supervise machinists, provide training/mentoring, conduct performance reviews, manage scheduling, and foster a positive safety culture

- Plan and execute production schedules, optimize workflow, manage resources (man, machines, tools, materials), and ensure on-time delivery.
- Implement quality control, ensure adherence to standards, manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), and drive root cause analysis
- Enforce safety protocols, manage compliance with EHS regulations, and support environmental programs
- Apply LEAN principles, develop productive machining processes, design fixtures, and manage equipment maintenance
- Control tooling costs and ensure cost-effective operations
- Prepare production reports through ERP system and communicate to management periodically

Preferred candidate profile :

- Year of experience Min 10-15 years of experience of heavy CNC machining (HMC, VMC, VTL, Lathe, Milling etc.)10 to 12 years of experience as first/second line leader, in mechanical field for a heavy forging/CNC Machining industry - Mandatory.

- Qualification B. Tech /Diploma– Mechanical

- Expertise in machining processes, tooling, and fixture design
