We are looking for a proactive and student-centric Student Support Executive (YouTube Counsellor) to manage student interactions through our YouTube platform. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve student queries regarding courses, admissions, batches, examinations, and technical issues, while ensuring a positive student experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to student queries received through YouTube comments and Community posts.
- Provide accurate information regarding courses, admissions, batches, exams, and platform-related concerns.
- Ensure timely and professional resolution of student queries.
- Escalate complex or critical issues to the relevant internal teams.
- Coordinate with Academic, Sales, Technical Support, and Operations teams for query resolution.
- Track recurring student concerns and share feedback for process improvement.
- Maintain daily records of student interactions and prepare performance reports.
- Ensure a positive, student-friendly,
and qualified communication experience at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Student Support, Customer Support, or Counselling (EdTech experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic understanding of YouTube comment moderation and community management.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage high query volumes within defined timelines.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
