Roles and Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage daily DP operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Process and reconcile client account activities, including demat and trading account operations.
- Handle corporate actions such as bonuses, rights issues, and stock splits, ensuring timely credit to client accounts.
- Manage and maintain client data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with stock exchanges, depositories (NSDL/CDSL), and other regulatory bodies.
- Address client queries and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.




- Ensure adherence to all SEBI and exchange-related guidelines and circulars.
- Prepare and submit operational reports to management as required.
- Implement and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- Stay updated with market changes and regulatory updates impacting DP operations.

Requirements:

- Must be a Graduate/post graduate
- Should have experience between 2-4 years
