About the job

We are looking for a 'Marketing & Growth Executive ' who can help us grow our own brand, generate new business opportunities, and bring fresh marketing and content ideas to the table. This is not a conventional sales role and it is not purely a social media role. We are looking for someone who is curious, creative, proactive, and enjoys finding new opportunities and figuring out interesting ways to market a business.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Lead generation & business development:
1. Research and identify potential clients across industries.
2. Build and maintain databases of prospective clients and decision-makers.
3. Reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and other channels.
4. Follow up with prospects and nurture potential leads.
5. Identify businesses that could benefit from our creative, branding, video, and digital services.
6. Schedule meetings and generate qualified business opportunities.
7. Maintain regular tracking of leads, follow-ups, and opportunities.

B. Marketing & growth:
1. Come up with creative ideas to market and grow The Third Eye Films.
2. Identify new channels and opportunities for generating business.
3. Develop outreach campaigns for specific industries or client segments.
4. Research companies, startups, brands and businesses that may require our services.
5. Track competitors, industry trends and emerging marketing opportunities.
6. Explore partnerships, collaborations, networking opportunities and other business development avenues.

C. Social media & content ideas:
1. Brainstorm ideas for Instagram, LinkedIn and other social platforms.
2. Identify interesting trends, formats and content opportunities.
3. Suggest Reels, campaigns, case studies and creative content for The Third Eye.
4. Help develop a content calendar and overall social media direction.
5. Find interesting ways to showcase our work, capabilities and projects.

D. Client marketing support:
1. Participate in brainstorming sessions for our clients.
2. Come up with campaign, content, and social media ideas.




3. Research competitors and industry trends for client projects.
4. Help the creative team identify new content opportunities for clients.

E. Research & networking:
1. Identify relevant business events, startup communities, and networking opportunities.
2. Research companies that have recently launched, raised funding, expanded, or are actively investing in marketing.
3. Explore potential referral and strategic partnerships.
4. Keep track of emerging trends in advertising, content, social media and digital marketing.

What we're looking for:

1. 1–2 years of experience in marketing, business development, digital marketing, social media, or a related field.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Good understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and LinkedIn.

4. Strong research and prospecting skills.

5. Creative thinker who can come up with ideas rather than simply execute instructions.

6. Comfortable reaching out to new people and starting conversations.

7. Good written and verbal English.

8. Ability to understand brands, audiences, and marketing objectives.

9. Self-motivated and proactive.

10.



Comfortable working in a creative agency setting.

11. Basic understanding of branding, advertising, content and digital marketing is an advantage.

The ideal candidate - We are looking for someone who can look at a company and think: "Who could we approach? What could we offer them? How do we get their attention? And what interesting idea can we create around it?"

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,20,001 - 10,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 4,20,000 - 5,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1 - 5,00,000 /year
