Job Description Job Purpose:n The Senior Manager – Facilities & Administration will be the single point of accountability for streamlining, securing, and maintaining the physical infrastructure and daily operational logistics across our 9 manufacturing plants. This role bridges "Facilities" (Housekeeping, Utilities & Assets) and "Administration" (Security, Visitor Mgmt., Statutory compliance, Employee Transport, Canteen, Travel Desk, Stationery, etc.) to ensure zero plant downtime and maximum operational efficiency.n Key Responsibilitiesn 1. Facilities & Infrastructure Upkeep (Asset Uptime)n n Utility Management: Oversee the preventive and breakdown maintenance of critical plant utilities across all units, including HVAC systems, water lines, appliances & networks.n Civil & Project Works: Act as the project lead for all factory expansions, shop-floor modifications, machine foundation structural works, and office renovations.n Environmental Infrastructure: Ensure 100% operational uptime and strict compliance of Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP).n n 2. General Administration & Soft Services (People Logistics)n n Security & Vigilance: Design and enforce a unified security protocol across alln 9 plants. Oversee gate controls, material inward/outward vigilance, CCTV networks, and contract security agencies.n Workforce Logistics: Manage the end-to-end transport network (buses/shuttles) for a large shift-based white & blue-collar workforce, ensuring zero delay in shift handovers.n Canteen Management: Oversee industrial canteen vendors across plants,



ensuring food quality, strict hygiene audits, and worker satisfaction.n Visitor & Travel Management: Manage corporate guest hosting, travel desks, and facility procurement.n n 3. Statutory Compliance, EHS & Vendor Governancen n Liaison & Licensing: Act as the primary corporate representative with local regulatory bodies, including MIDC, MPCB (Pollution Control), DISH (Factory Inspectorate), and electrical inspectorates to ensure all plant licenses are updated.n EHS Implementation: Standardize and monitor Workplace, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols across the plant floors, minimizing workplace hazards.n Contractor Governance: Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and Integrated Facility Management (IFM) vendors, conducting monthly performance audits to control overhead costs.n n Candidate Profile & Qualificationsn Education - Graduate / MBA in Operations / Executive General Management.n Industry Background - Must have extensive experience in a manufacturing/factory environment handling a large blue-collar worker footprint ( workers).n Core Competencies - Deep understanding of MIDC norms, Factory Act compliance, and MPCB guidelines.n Proven capability in managing multi-site/multi-plant infrastructures simultaneously.n Strong capability in Capex/Opex budgeting and vendor contract negotiation.n Soft Skills:n Highly resilient, commanding leadership presence, crisis management capabilities, and fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (to effectively interface with local regulatory bodies and plant staff).
