SALES & REVENUEAchieve assigned sales targets (₹4–8 Cr annually depending on experience)Convert enquiries into ordersHandle end-to-end sales cycle2. CUSTOMER MANAGEMENTMeet industrial customers and understand requirementsBuild long-term relationshipsHandle technical and commercial discussions3. PIPELINE MANAGEMENTBuild and maintain robust pipeline (3× of target)Track enquiries → quotes → ordersEnsure follow-up discipline4. QUOTATION & NEGOTIATIONPrepare and submit quotationsNegotiate pricing, delivery,



and termsClose deals effectively5.
