Roles & Responsibilities:

- Customer relationship
- Follow up with OD customers and advise to close loan overdue
- Meeting the customers at field and inculcate the financial literacy and discipline
- Responsible for reducing the NPA of the branch and assist branch team to have more time for business development.
- Manage and oversee the collections process to ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts.-
- Responsible for managing the relationship with all sources assigned and identified by him in his geography/area.
- Responsible for consistent follow up with customers and understand thier fianancial status and inculcate them the consequences of late payments of EMI..-

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
