ob Description: Plant Head – Lithium Battery Manufacturing

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Plant Head with a strong technical background in electronics, electrical engineering, and extensive expertise in lithium battery technologies. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire manufacturing process, ensuring the effective, safe, and high-quality production of lithium batteries. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical proficiency, and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plant Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring productivity, safety, and compliance with quality standards.
- Develop and implement production schedules, optimize resources, and meet production targets.
- Technical Expertise:
- Provide hands-on technical guidance on lithium battery manufacturing, including cell assembly, battery pack design, BMS integration, and testing protocols.
- Ensure adherence to advanced lithium battery technology processes and safety standards.
- Quality Assurance:
- Monitor and improve quality control processes to ensure products meet industry standards and customer requirements.
- Implement corrective actions to resolve any technical or production issues.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and production staff, fostering a culture of hard work, collaboration, and innovation.
- Conduct training programs to keep the team updated with the latest trends and advancements in lithium battery technology.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and implement strategies to enhance production efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.




- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in the lithium battery industry and apply them to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Health & Safety Compliance:
- Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and enforce safety protocols in the handling of lithium battery components.

Qualifications:

- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in battery manufacturing, with at least 5 years in lithium battery technologies (e.g., Li-ion, LiFePO4, or similar chemistries).
- Proven experience in a leadership or plant management role.
- Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of lithium battery chemistry, BMS (Battery Management System), battery assembly processes, and testing equipment.
- Familiarity with automated manufacturing systems, PCB integration, and power electronics.
- Proficiency in quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or equivalent.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
