Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one counselling and support to employees, particularly women employees.
- Handle employee grievances with confidentiality, fairness, and professionalism.
- Conduct Employee Relations (ER) counselling sessions to resolve workplace concerns.
- Educate employees on company policies, code of conduct, POSH guidelines, and HR procedures.
- Identify workplace conflicts and recommend
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
