Job Summary:

The Senior Pattern Master will be responsible for developing and finalizing accurate garment patterns using Richpeace software. The role involves ensuring precision in pattern making, fit, and grading as per buyer specifications while collaborating with the design, production, and merchandising teams to achieve quality and efficiency in garment manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pattern Development:
- Create and modify garment patterns using Richpeace software.
- Ensure proper fit, balance, and construction techniques in pattern development.
- Make necessary pattern corrections based on sample fitting and buyer comments.
- Pattern Grading & Marker Making:
- Develop graded patterns for different sizes while maintaining garment proportion.
- Optimize fabric consumption through efficient marker making and layout planning.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with the merchandising, production, and quality teams to ensure patterns align with production feasibility.
- Coordinate with sample development teams for first samples, fit samples, and production samples.
- Provide technical support to the production team to resolve pattern-related issues.
- Quality & Compliance:
- Maintain pattern accuracy and quality standards as per buyer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with garment construction, fabric behavior,



and sewing techniques to avoid production defects.
- Software & Technical Expertise:
- Utilize Richpeace and KatuCAD for digital pattern making, grading, and marker planning.
- Continuously update technical skills and knowledge of new software features and garment construction techniques.
- Documentation & Record-Keeping:
- Maintain proper records of all patterns, grading, and technical changes.
- Ensure proper documentation of buyer specifications, style modifications, and pattern history.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: Diploma/Degree in Fashion Technology, Garment Manufacturing, or Pattern Making.
- Experience: Minimum 8-12 years of experience as a Pattern Master, with hands-on expertise in Richpeace.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of garment fit, draping, grading, and construction techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot pattern-related issues in sampling and production.
- Experience in handling different fabric types and garment categories (woven, knits, denim, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office for reports and documentation.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with different departments.
- Adaptability to current pattern-making technologies and industry trends.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per hour
