- ERP Management: Maintain and update all daily accounting records directly within the Zoho Books ERP system.
- Voucher Documentation: Record daily expense, payment and receipt vouchers, ensuring each entry has valid supporting bills or proofs.
- Tax Compliance: Calculate and process timely government compliance entries for TDS, GST return, Tax reconciliation and Income Tax.
- Reconciliations: Perform monthly GST reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with vendors/customers.
- Filing: Prepare precise data and documentation required for filing quarterly and annual tax returns.
- Banking Operations: Manage daily bank reconciliations and monitor corporate cash inflows and outflows.
- Vendor & Customer Ledger: Audit vendor invoices, track customer receivables, and follow up on outstanding balances.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
