Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Experience: 3-6 years in recruitment or talent acquisition
Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create effective job descriptions.
- Screen and interview candidates, assessing their suitability for roles and cultural fit.
- Utilize various recruitment channels (job boards, social media, networking) to attract diverse talent pools.
- Maintain a talent pipeline and engage with passive candidates for future opportunities.




- Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling, feedback, and decision-making.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct background checks, negotiate offers, and facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and source effectiveness, to improve hiring efficiency.

Technical & Qualified Requirements:

- Proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
