Stores Executive

Experience: 4+ Years

Location: Hirehalli, Tumakuru

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day stores and inventory operations.
Ensure proper FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices for materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/system.
Handle material receipts, issues, stock transfers, and documentation.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Purchase, Production, and SCM teams.
Ensure proper identification, storage, and movement of materials.
Conduct regular stock verification and support inventory reconciliation.
Maintain proper records of inward and outward materials.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely material availability.
Follow company procedures related to inventory control, safety, and housekeeping.




Handle GRN

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate/Diploma with 4+ years of relevant Stores experience.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable system/ERP knowledge and MS Excel skills.
Strong understanding of FIFO and inventory management.
Good documentation and record-maintenance skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
SCM/Supply Chain Management experience will be an added advantage.
Versatile printing manufacturing industry experience will be preferred.
