Job Summary
Target Integration is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience, positive knowledge of accounting principles, and hands-on experience with accounting or ERP software.
Candidates with experience in Odoo or other similar ERP/accounting software will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, payment records, and other financial documents.
Maintain accurate books of accounts and accounting records.
Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
Prepare and maintain financial reports and statements.




Verify financial transactions and ensure proper supporting documentation.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding invoices, payments, and accounting-related queries.
Maintain records required for audits and support the audit process when required.
Ensure accounting entries are accurate and completed within the required timelines.
Identify discrepancies in financial records and coordinate for timely resolution.
Work with accounting/ERP software for maintaining financial data and records.
Follow company accounting policies and applicable statutory requirements.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3–4 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
Valuable understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Hands-on experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
