nspect raw materials, components, machined parts, and finished valves as per drawings and specifications.
Perform dimensional, visual, and in-process inspections.
Conduct/witness hydro and pneumatic pressure testing as per approved procedures.
Verify valve assembly, marking, painting, and final inspection requirements.
Use calibrated measuring instruments and maintain inspection accuracy.
Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming products.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, test reports, and quality records.
Maintain product identification and traceability.
Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for correction of defects.
Follow ISO/API requirements, Quality Procedures, SOPs, and safety rules.
Support TPI/customer inspection and internal audits when required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
