About Plannersy

Plannersy is a destination wedding and celebrations company building a current kind of wedding planning brand in India.

We help couples discover and plan meaningful wedding experiences across temple weddings, destination weddings, photography, travel and celebrations.

We have already attracted thousands of couples and facilitated ₹40 Lakh + in wedding value.

We are now looking for our first dedicated marketing hire to help us turn this early traction into a repeatable growth engine.

This is not a social media posting job. This is a lead-generation and growth role.

The Role

You will work directly with the founder and take ownership of Plannersy's day-to-day marketing across:
SEO & organic growth
Content marketing
Email marketing
Social media
Community marketing
Lead generation & conversion
Marketing experiments
Basic paid acquisition
Analytics & reporting

You don't need to be an expert in everything. We are looking for someone who is curious,



analytical, execution-oriented and interested in understanding what actually generates business.

What You'll Do
SEO & Content
Research high-intent keywords and content prospects.
Create and optimize SEO articles, landing pages and destination/temple pages.
Build content clusters around wedding planning, temple weddings, destinations and photography.
Monitor Search Console, rankings, traffic and organic conversions.
Identify content gaps and opportunities for backlinks and digital PR.
Create content that helps couples make actual wedding decisions—not just generate traffic.
Lead Generation
Build lead magnets, landing pages and enquiry funnels.
Improve website CTAs and conversion rates.
Experiment with WhatsApp, forms and other lead-capture channels.
Identify new sources of qualified wedding enquiries.
Work with sales to understand lead quality and customer objections.
