We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Sales to drive business growth through current client acquisition, delegate sales and sponsorship sales. The role will involve managing client relationships, achieving sales targets and leading the sales team to meet revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and other lead-generation channels.
Acquire new clients and develop long-term relationships with existing clients.
Drive delegate registrations and sponsorship revenue for business conferences.
Conduct client meetings, presentations and negotiations to close business opportunities.
Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial agreements.
Manage the sales pipeline, lead conversions and revenue forecasts.
Identify recent industries, market segments and business opportunities.
Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.




Track monthly and quarterly sales performance and ensure timely target achievement.
Maintain accurate CRM records, client databases and MIS reports.
Coordinate with Conference Production and Marketing teams for upcoming conferences and campaigns.
Represent the organization professionally at client meetings, industry events and networking opportunities.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and relationship management.
