We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and a solid ability to understand customer needs and convert them into sales.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewellery as per their preferences and budget
Explain product details such as gold purity, diamond quality (4Cs), silver specifications (92.5), and pricing structure
Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
Achieve monthly and daily sales targets
Maintain display standards and ensure jewellery is presented attractively
Handle customer queries, objections, and provide appropriate solutions
Cross-sell and upsell products (e.g., suggesting matching items or upgrades)
Assist in stock handling, billing support, and inventory management
Stay updated with latest jewellery trends and designs
Follow showroom policies, security protocols, and hygiene standards

Requirements
Minimum qualification:



12th pass / Graduate preferred
Prior experience in jewellery sales or retail sales is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of gold, diamond, and silver jewellery preferred
Presentable appearance and customer-friendly attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting
Versatile to work on weekends and festive seasons
