Job Title: Accounting Executive

Location: Rajkot, Gujarat (On-site)

Reporting To: Accounting Manager / Management
Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 per month (Based on experience & interview performance)
Experience: Minimum 2 Years Preferred
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com (preferred)

About the Role

Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Accounting
Record daily accounting transactions.
Maintain purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.
Prepare vouchers and journal entries.
Manage cash and bank transactions.

Accounts Payable & Receivable
Process vendor bills and payments.
Follow up on customer outstanding payments.
Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.

Bank & Reconciliation
Perform bank reconciliation.
Verify financial records and transaction accuracy.

GST & Compliance Support
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation.
Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.

MIS & Reporting
Prepare basic Excel reports and MIS.
Support monthly closing activities.




Provide accounting data to management as required.

Coordination
Coordinate with HR, Sales, Purchase, and other departments for accounting-related activities.
Assist senior accounts team during audits and financial reviews.

Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles.
Experience with Tally Prime/ERP.
Knowledge of GST and TDS basics.
Good command of MS Excel.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com:
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience:
Experience in Trading, Manufacturing, Retail, E-commerce, or Agriculture industry will be preferred.
